Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Lead and manage the HR team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations

  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
