Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Administrator to join our dynamic team at Consolidated Human Resources, LLC. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and contributing to the growth and success of our organization and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Flexible Service Hours: Offer flexible hours of service to meet the needs of our clients, requiring adaptability and effective time management.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Employee Record Management: Maintain and update employee records in compliance with various federal, state, and local regulations to ensure accuracy and adherence to laws.
  • HR Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for various clients to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Facilitate employee relations and address employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management and assist with employee evaluations to ensure fair and accurate assessments.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or any professional setting.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Confidentiality and Independence: Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform essential duties and responsibilities on an individual basis with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Certification: Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
  • HRIS Experience: Experience with Prism HR is a plus.
  • Legal Research: Experience with legal research is beneficial.
  • HR Documentation: Two or more years of experience with HR employment documentation is preferred.
  • 401(k) Knowledge: Knowledge of 401(k) plans is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Ability to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish is a bonus.
