An established Medispa and Cosmetic Surgery practice is seeking a motivated and personable Medical Assistant/Patient Sales Coordinator to join our team at Estea Laser & Cosmetic Center here in the city of Long Beach. This role involves providing medical assistance while also taking on responsibilities related to patient sales coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with patients in a supportive and informative manner.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Explain and promote healthcare services, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a pleasant patient experience.
  • Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures as needed.
  • Record and maintain accurate patient medical history and vital signs.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms.
  • Educate patients on available services and treatment options.
  • Discuss financial details, including costs and payment plan offers.
  • Coordinate with the Office Manager to ensure accurate billing transactions.
Qualifications:


  • Certified Medical Assistant with experience in patient engagement and sales coordination.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in healthcare sales or patient coordination is a plus.
  • Experienced in phlebotomy
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
