What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be hands-on with all things HR, from onboarding new team members to managing day-to-day employee relations. You’ll work closely with our Culture/People Ops lead, providing supportive guidance to ensure our culture initiatives thrive. Managing our recruiter will also be a key part of your role, ensuring our recruitment processes are smooth and continuously improving. Creativity and curiosity are your best friends.

You’ll bring fresh ideas to our recruiting processes and collaborate with our Training Department to keep everything aligned. When it comes to employee issues, you handle them with empathy and professionalism, knowing when to address problems directly and when to escalate them for further assistance.

You’ll also be the detail-oriented guardian of our payroll, insurance, and 401k plans, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Negotiating health insurance and compensation will be part of your toolkit, balancing the needs of our employees with those of the company.

Your strong planning skills will shine as you organize company events and processes, from holiday parties to performance reviews, ensuring everything is planned well in advance for a smooth execution. And because you’re data-driven, you’ll always be on the lookout for insights to inform your decisions and solve problems.
