Job Title: Partner Success Coordinator

 

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. This position will support the Partner Success team as well as cross functional departments in a fast-paced and changing environment. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Partner Success. 

This individual will play a supporting role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing office maintenance & requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, an outgoing personality & the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and have an interest in the sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Support Sales Growth

 

  • Support sales tracking and analysis including core, new launches, limited edition programs and merchandising productivity as directed by the Sr. Partner Success
  • Monitor retailer websites and social channels for competitive insights and to identify trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with retailer partners and internal cross functional partners.
  • Support meeting setup and coordination, manage meeting agendas and notes.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts while proactively resolving future opportunities to optimize productivity.


Communication and Correspondence


  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming communications via phone, email and at times with emerging Social Media platforms
  • Draft and edit correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive sales team.


Meeting Coordination & Office Management


  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations for executive meetings.
  • Cover the Reception and other Sales Assistant/Executive Assistant areas at times to ensure proper coverage within the office.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Additional administrative/office maintenance tasks as needed.

 

Document Management Filing

 

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for documents, contracts & shoe samples.
  • Ensure timely retrieval of information and documents as needed by the executive team and at times the sales team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

 

Project Support


  • Partner with cross functional teams to complete & submit new sku setup by retailer, following retailer specific setup processes.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team and at times the sales team.

 

Minimum Qualifications


  • Minimum 0-2 years of Sales Support/Sales Admin/Retail experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without missing key deadlines.
  • Outgoing personality and a desire to connect with people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Selective Attention - concentrate on a task over a period without being distracted.
  • Static Strength - exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 20 pounds.
