About the Role

At Check, we're revolutionizing the payroll industry by empowering innovative software platforms to create new payroll businesses. As a Partner Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partners to create strategic plans, generate revenue, and consult on their payroll business.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and execute a communication cadence with a portfolio of partners, providing proactive reporting on their status internally.
  • Risk Management: Identify, clearly communicate, and manage risk throughout the year through proactive touchpoints and developing resolution strategies.
  • Product and Industry Expertise: Become a product and industry expert, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure partners are leveraging the full value of Check.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to build communication plans, including releases, roadmap updates, compliance updates, and incident management.
  • Product Adoption and Feedback: Introduce and implement new products and features to partners, evaluating their success and navigating feedback channels with them and Check's Product team.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in post-sales account management or existing account growth experience.
  • Full ownership of account lifecycle and exceeding revenue targets or goals (quota).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain record-keeping in tools/CRM.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, ability to learn quickly, and juggle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • General experience with or knowledge of software applications, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Google Apps, etc.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent required.
