Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating relationships with key clients and partners, and driving revenue growth in our target sectors. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating positive social impact through digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute a targeted business development plan to achieve an annual revenue target of over $2 million.
    • Cultivate a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, including networking events, meetings, emails, and calls.
    • Identify and qualify leads, converting them into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
    • Strategically partner with key organizations to expand our reach and influence.
  • Client Engagement & Solutions:

    • Deeply understand client needs and challenges in our target sectors (Global Health, Education Policy, Environment, Healthcare, and International Development).
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address specific client pain points.
    • Craft and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing estimates that win business.
    • Represent company at industry events and conferences.
  • Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement:

    • Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor landscape, and prospect intelligence.
    • Analyze sales wins and losses to identify areas for improvement in processes and service offerings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance services based on market insights.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, ideally in the digital communications/technology space.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of NGO sector and the challenges faced by organizations within them.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret market intelligence.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with proposal development software
