Epsilon is seeking a Retail Media focused System Business Analyst.  

In this role you’ll be focused on enhancing our internal “order to cash” process from a systematic standpoint. You’ll work with tools like Salesforce, Placements.io, FUSE Billing, Altair, Service Now and other tools that fuel our processes. This role requires you to act in a partial system admin + business analyst mindset. It will require you to work with the more senior team to manage the daily requests related to these systems, to evaluate tickets and make changes within the systems, to in-take new system related requests, understand the request, brainstorm solutions, create project plans and be the driving force behind any changes or improvements. Further, you’ll be one of the tool “experts” and will be required to conduct continuous improvement and training sessions with existing and new team members.

This is not a system developer role, but will require you to work alongside developers, engineers and other technical roles to make some more detailed system changes. It will require you make changes and work within the tool customizations and platform changes of the browser based O2C systems noted above.

The “order to cash” process enables all cross-functional teams to maintain a seamless and efficient process from pre-sales campaign to final campaign launch, including activation and billing.

In this role, you’ll work on example tasks like: User Management, Data Sync Errors, Reporting, Opportunity Data Validation and Updates, Security, New Product Catalog creations, Data loads, Case review and actioning, Training, and more.

This role requires that you have a passion for process and an analytical mindset, be someone who is always asking why and how to make things better. Data integrity and accuracy should be top of mind for you.

  • Work together win together: This role will report to the SVP, Business Transformation and work closely with Sales, Client Solutions Management, Delivery Ad Operations, Retail Business Owners, Accounting & Finance, Product, Onboarding, and Analytics, Yield & Business Intelligence. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office if located within 1-hour of an Epsilon or Publicis office location. If the candidate is located outside of the Tampa Bay area, they should expect to travel in for training and at least 2-4x annually ongoing, as needed.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:
    • Experience and hands on knowledge in retail media, eCommerce and digital advertising.
    • Experience in Salesforce and Placements.io, and or similar CRM and OMS systems. Customer Relationship Management and Order Management.
    • 2-3+ years in a system admin style role related to the tools noted above, or similar tools.
    • Experience managing a ticketing interface and actioning / solutioning end user requests.
    • In-depth understanding of the MS Office product suite.
    • Self-starter with excitement to create a team advised by exisiting leadership and enhanced by your experience.
    • High level of customer service and client engagement.
    • Ability to elicit a strong sense of confidence and build rapport across many levels of the organization.
