HRIS Analyst- Hybird

The HRIS Analyst will assist with implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff. Designs and generates standard and customized reports from a human resource information system (HRIS). Responsible for maintaining the integrity of data in the HRIS, developing and documenting consistent and appropriate data coding structures, and assist with training HRIS users in the proper application of codes and other data entry conventions. Responsible for system updates associated with External Workforce Software system. May serve as a liaison between human resources and IT personnel to resolve programming and functionality problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -
20% Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain, updates, and modifies codes, tables, reports, and other systems applications
