BILLING SPECIALIST 

 

***$500 Sign on bonus after 60 days of employment***

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Position Summary:

The key responsibility of the position is to perform daily insurance billing. This is a team-oriented position, working together with other departments. A successful candidate will possess extensive data organizational skills, goal oriented, strong problem solving skills, and a fast learner who can work independently under the leadership of others.

 

Position Responsibilities:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and /or ability required but not limited to:

 

  • Daily data entry in support of patient billing.
  • Maintains patient records and adheres to compliance regulations.
  • Answering incoming calls and process patient payments.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned and directed.

  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail, ability to solve problems and resolve issues.
