Job Summary

RestorixHealth, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Wound Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our wound healing and amputation prevention centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care based on scientific principles and evidence-based practice.
  • Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Prioritize nursing actions to reflect patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes.
  • Implement physician orders accurately and within established time frames.
  • Educate and counsel patients and their families on wound care processes and issues.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
  • Valid Registered Nursing license required.
  • Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
  • Prior experience working with wound care patients is preferred.
  • Prior experience with billing and coding is a plus.
