Position: Senior Cost Estimator / Documentation Specialist (Civil Engineering)
This role is intended for professionals with a robust background, specifically those possessing 10 to 15 years of expertise in the formulation of bill quantities, contractual documents, and comprehensive documentation for significant highway infrastructure projects.


Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a recognized certification from the Institution of Quantity Surveying is required.

The candidate should have a total of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to the preparation of bill of quantities, contract documentation, and project documentation for major highway initiatives that include two or four lanes.

Experience in a similar role as a cost estimator or documentation specialist for highway projects (National Highways/State Highways/Expressways) involving the expansion of 2/4/6 lanes over a cumulative distance of at least 80 km is essential. Experience with Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for hill roads will be considered an advantage.


Preferred Skills:
Candidates with a background as a cost estimator or documentation specialist in highway projects (2/4/6 lane National Highways/State Highways/Expressways) are preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is also advantageous.
