We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support in our Transaction Department. You’ll be responsible for receiving, processing, and releasing commission. A key component of this position includes corresponding by phone, emails, and in person with the highest customer service to our valued Agents.


Possessing skills of professionalism, working efficiently under pressure, and providing an upbeat positive outlook will bring success to this position. Applicants should be extremely thorough, and detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in customer service. Real Estate experience required. Compensation:

$22-$23/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Release/process commission for Agents
  • Precise data input for Agent commission/distribution
  • Provide excellent customer service for Agents
  • Back up for receptionist/Agent Services
  • Basic File Review of Contracts
  • Attend Monthly Meetings
  • Correspond and communicate with Agents on the status of their check
  • Communicate regularly with Admin Leads, Escrow companies, Agents, and transaction coordinators
  • Assist in streamlining office procedures
  • Run monthly progress reports
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Mac computer experience preferred
  • Real Estate experience required
  • RPA knowledge helpful
  • Able to adapt easily to various new tasks as required
  • Works successfully as a Team Player or independently
  • Prior experience in Real Estate office administration is a plus
  • Perform well under pressure while providing exceptional customer service
