Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
  • Regularly reach out and engage with leads to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with clients to generate additional sales.
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and preferences, then identify suitable properties.
  • Oversee the closing process to ensure clients experience a seamless transaction.
Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Exceptional time management abilities and organizational skills
  • Proficient with technology
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Currently licensed or willing to obtain a license
