Compensation:
$85,000 - $150,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and guide on contractual agreements
  • Conduct coaching sessions
  • Assist in recruiting new agents
  • Provide weekly accountability to agents
  • Participate in weekly coaching meetings
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Support contract negotiations
  • Engage in active sales
  • Facilitate mastery of sales scripts

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Experience in real estate sales
  • Completion of 10+ transactions verifiable in the MLS
  • Experience in training
