Compensation:

$115,000+ at plan annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to drive sales growth
  • Regularly reach out and engage with leads to expand sales opportunities
  • Foster relationships that connect with our clients to enhance sales
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and preferences, then assist in finding suitable properties
  • Oversee the closing process to ensure clients experience a seamless transaction
Required Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Exceptional time management abilities and organizational skills
  • Proficient with technology
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Must be currently licensed or willing to obtain a license
