Compensation:

$122,500+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing expert advice and support throughout the selling process.
  • Property Marketing: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote listings through online platforms, social media, traditional advertising, and open houses.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to determine competitive property pricing and identify potential buyer segments.
  • Property Showings: Coordinate and conduct property showings, open houses, and private viewings to showcase listings to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contracts on behalf of sellers, aiming to achieve the best possible terms.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including documentation, contract preparation, and communication with all parties involved.
  • Networking: Build and expand a professional network to generate leads and stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
  • Client Education: Educate sellers on current market conditions, property values, and the home-selling process to help them make informed decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and ethical standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets and regularly report on key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License: Valid real estate license or in the process of getting one.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a high level of initiative and the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
