Your Title: Customer Service Representative
Our/Your Location: Remote/anywhere within the US
Your hours: Monday – Friday 8 hours/day EST.
Compensation: $18/hr plus bonus
You Report To: Chief Operating Officer
Amparo is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be our client’s first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience. Your main responsibility will be to support our agents by taking phone calls, checking emails, and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department. You’ll also help us process paperwork and schedule appointments, so our clients get the best service we can provide. What you will do:
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Process simple renewals and endorsements
- Follow up with delinquent customers
- Create submissions for new leads received from FHF (portfolio or POS)
- Handle outbound text campaigns
- Manage inbound communication to Amparo’s WhatsApp account
What you bring
- Spanish/Portuguese Speaking proficiency preferred
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- The ability to use computer software programs designed for insurance companies
- Knowledge of all insurance policies preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1 year of customer service or retail experience preferred
