About the Role

Resource Innovations is seeking highly skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our Business Processing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support and data entry services to our clients across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various database applications, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and quality.
  • Document Management: Receive, compile, sort, interpret, and verify data and documents to be entered, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Filing and Organization: Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems of applications, rebates, and other supporting documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments to provide seamless customer service and support.
  • Customer Service Activities: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other channels, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Confidentiality: Safeguard confidential customer information at all times, adhering to strict data protection policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Participate in peer training and job shadowing programs to enhance skills and knowledge, as assigned.
  • Adaptability: Willingly support various programs within the department as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and data entry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in 10-key data entry from a computer keyboard, as well as experience with various Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills, ability to multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and customer-friendly outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience in a data entry processing and customer-centric call center environment, with a focus on energy efficiency or utility fields.
  • Language Skills: English and Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is a plus.
