- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments to provide seamless customer service and support.
- Customer Service Activities: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other channels, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Confidentiality: Safeguard confidential customer information at all times, adhering to strict data protection policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Participate in peer training and job shadowing programs to enhance skills and knowledge, as assigned.
- Adaptability: Willingly support various programs within the department as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Work Experience: Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and data entry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 10-key data entry from a computer keyboard, as well as experience with various Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills, ability to multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and customer-friendly outlook.
- Experience: Experience in a data entry processing and customer-centric call center environment, with a focus on energy efficiency or utility fields.
- Language Skills: English and Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is a plus.
