Customer Service Representative

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Business Processing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the nation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions to customer inquiries
- Enter data into various database applications with high accuracy and efficiency
- Compile, sort, interpret, and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems of applications, rebates, and other supporting documents
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Provide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer-centric environment
- Safeguard confidential customer information and maintain data security
- Participate in peer training and support as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift as assigned within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm
- Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry from computer keyboard
- Experience with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and customer-friendly outlook
- Experience in a data entry processing and customer-centric call center environment
- Experience working in energy efficiency or utility fields
- English and Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese speaking skills
