Professional Summary:As a Strategic Sourcing Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to enhance client satisfaction and category growth by supporting our services contract owners with administrative tasks responding to and tracking customer service issues, creating and storing property-level agreements, and maintaining supplier information sites. This candidate will also assist our Strategic Sourcing category leader in identifying, evaluating, and engaging with strategic partners and suppliers to ensure the necessary resources, expertise, and materials required are utilized for the successful implementation and execution of our programs.Position Reports to: Director of Strategic Sourcing, Building EngineeringResponsibilities:Under the leadership of our category Directors, you will support category development through:
  1. Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and suppliers, fostering open communication, trust, and collaboration.
  2. Supplier Performance: Prepare and publish supplier scorecards through the collection and analysis of supplier KPIs. Work closely with suppliers to address client complaints to ensure delivery of contractual requirements. Follow up with suppliers and requestors to ensure completion of work orders and deliverables.
  3. Supplier Information Management: Work closely with suppliers to maintain customer microsites and ensure eRM supplier information is accurate and current. Create, maintain, and publish supplier territory maps. Maintain a current list of supplier key contacts. Maintain program adoption tracking file documenting program adoption status.
  4. Category Development: Collaborate with suppliers and customer field support on client requests for engineering program adoptions, administer program RFPs, develop price quotes, and process and administer Property Level Agreements. Engage suppliers and marketing on development and communication for growth campaigns.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including suppliers, customer support, client engineering teams, and procurement professionals to ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with building services and engineering programs, materials, and industry standards is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in conducting cost analysis and financial evaluations.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerBI.
