Job Overview
BAE Systems Intelligence & Security specializes in creating and implementing cutting-edge defense, intelligence, and security solutions that are vital to our clients' missions. We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Risk Analyst to contribute to the U.S. Navy's Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Office and the Trident II D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) initiative.
The ideal candidate will conduct thorough research and analysis regarding vulnerabilities within the supply chain, focusing on vendor infrastructure, foreign ownership and control, subsidiary affiliations, geographic influences, key management personnel, and various other critical factors. You will compile assessments of vendors through the collection, research, and analysis of both classified and open-source information. Moreover, you will ensure compliance with established analytical protocols to adapt to evolving requirements and guarantee that customers comprehend identified vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Evaluate supply chain data to inform vulnerability and risk assessments concerning suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to enhance supply chain security.
2. Generate comprehensive reports and presentations detailing vendor vulnerability findings for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
3. Collaborate closely with government clients to devise strategies and mitigations addressing identified vendor vulnerabilities.
4. Work across various organizational divisions to collect data supporting a broad spectrum of operational and programmatic activities, which may involve conducting detailed analyses, drafting official communications and reports, identifying and addressing proposed mitigations, and providing timely guidance and support to clients.
5. Demonstrate an aptitude for connecting disparate data points or distinct all-source products to construct a clear, compelling narrative that presents findings in a manner that enables clients to make informed decisions to bolster U.S. national security.
6. Educate other team members and potentially clients on established tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination methods to ensure effective integration of intelligence throughout the systems engineering lifecycle.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 3 years of experience as a supply chain risk management analyst or intelligence analyst
+ Proven experience in identifying and assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities in the supply chain through the interpretation of open-source and classified information
+ Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data from multiple sources
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings
+ Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of gathered intelligence
+ Experience conducting all-source analysis, including the use of open-source and classified information
+ Demonstrated ability to create messages, presentations, and reports for a diverse audience of government officials
+ U.S. citizenship and active TS clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Active TS/SCI clearance
+ Experience collaborating with technical teams to leverage intelligence for product and/or service offerings and decision-making
+ Experience serving as a consultant or advisor in supply chain risk management or intelligence, providing strategic insights and recommendations
+ Proficiency with open-source and classified data gathering tools
+ Familiarity with utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate data collection, filtering, and prioritization
+ Experience in developing standard operating procedures and training personnel
Compensation and Benefits
Full-Time Salary Range: $191070
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by various factors including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
