The Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are properly documented, compliant with factory and/or dealership requirements and preparing and submitting the claims to the manufacturer.

Responsibilities

  • Process warranty claims in a timely manner ensuring compliance with factory requirements.
  • Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed.
  • Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data
  • Assist accounting with coding of invoices for service department, payroll and other requests


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator required.
  • Previous experience as a Toyota Warranty Administrator preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow up.

Pay: $30 - $35 / per hour. This position is also eligible for hourly compensation up to an additional $2 per hour based on performance.
