Compensation for this role ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour; however, the actual pay offered may differ based on various factors such as job-related expertise, skills, experience, and geographical location. Overview of Responsibilities:
Duties will encompass, but are not limited to:
Assist in achieving sales targets through customer interactions, including tire and service sales Foster customer relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their requirements Be knowledgeable about and able to explain all warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services Manage customer interactions from the initial experience through to service completion, including check-in, appointment scheduling, accurate time estimations, and check-out. Provide recommendations to customers based on manufacturer guidelines Encourage personal growth by utilizing training resources provided by the company Maintain a tidy and safe work environment for both staff and customers Execute a variety of physical tasks for extended durations, which may involve light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.Essential Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service Valid driver's license Must be at least 18 years old No relocation assistance is available for this position Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the futurePreferred Qualifications:
