Fletcher Jones Management West is seeking a skilled Automotive Wholesale and Used Car Clerk to become a vital part of our centralized Regional Business Office. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle ownership documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of wholesale transactions and track wholesale receivables.
- Reconcile financial schedules accurately.
- Oversee the processing of used vehicle acquisitions.
- Ensure all documentation for each transaction is organized, accurate, and complete.
- Provide administrative assistance to management and collaborate with various departments as required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership is mandatory.
- Strong familiarity with Dealership DMS, preferably CDK.
- Experience with title and registration processes is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
