This is a full-time, hourly administrative position within the automotive sector. The role is designed for an individual contributor who will operate independently with limited oversight.

Compensation & Benefits:


The Automotive Reception Specialist position offers a competitive hourly wage, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) retirement plan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist all customers and visitors to our dealership in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel, and accurately recording messages when necessary
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients with the relevant departments and staff
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized, maintaining a professional appearance at all times
  • Handle and distribute mail and other communications within the dealership
  • Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documentation
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to effectively address and resolve customer inquiries or issues
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of the dealership's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and some holidays
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous
