Assist in achieving sales targets through customer engagement, including tire and service sales Cultivate customer relationships and ensure satisfaction by comprehending their requirements Be knowledgeable about and articulate all warranties, marketing, and promotions of products and services Manage customer interactions from the initial contact through to the completion of service, including check-in, appointment scheduling, accurate time estimations, and checkout.
