We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is integral to our growth and expansion plans, and you will work directly with the agency owner. The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $18 to $25 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Shop insurance renewals to secure competitive rates.

Requirements
  • License Requirement: Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered. Preferred candidate has Insurance experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
