  • Marketing and Promotion: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, promoting State Farm products and services to the community.
  • Lead Generation: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • License Requirements: Property and Casualty license, as well as Life and Health license, must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
