We’re hiring a full-time Associate Program Manager, Community Grants, for our Executive Division.

As an Associate Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in administering a $7.9 million grant program that supports municipalities throughout New Hampshire. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the administration of all components of the Housing Opportunity Planning (HOP) grants cycle, including managing intake and review of applications, database management, grant documentation, and check processing.
  • Establishing and maintaining a quality control system. Designing and overseeing data collection mechanisms for reporting and research.
  • Advising the team on compliance processes. Ensuring strict adherence to grant program requirements through the maintenance of comprehensive documentation and organization. Developing, enhancing, and enforcing robust policies and procedures for record-keeping and documentation that meet audit standards.
  • Arranging and conducting orientation calls and progress review meetings with grantees. Overseeing grantee performance to ensure deliverable completion and monitoring adherence to project timelines. Managing the close-out process for grant projects, including gathering and structuring final reports and materials.
  • Supporting the execution of Housing Academy and managing day-of logistics. Administering stipends for participants and supporting the Connect Extension platform.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / O365 applications.
  • Experience in grant or program administration preferred.
  • Strong ability to understand and follow program regulations and
  • Experience in data collection and reporting in housing, public health, or social services.
  • Education: six to eight years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.

Starting Pay: $27.75- $34.00 dependent on relevant experience
