The consultant's' responsibilities will also include ensuring that all work performed complies with Clients Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB) policies, standards, procedures

Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience performing architecture quality assurance for complex projects and initiatives; performing enterprise applications integration (EAI); defining and developing shared services architectures; designing and developing component architectures; and/or defining enterprise technology architectures; at least five (5) years of said experience must have been at a high level both technically and in measure of responsibility
2. Must have minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience working as a solution architect, in providing solutions that aligns with enterprise architecture and aligns with business process in use.
3. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in reviewing various software frameworks like web application framework, java script frameworks and recommending based on a set of customers provided criteria
4. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and innovative programs using Java (J2EE), JSP/Servlets, JavaScript, JDBC, Oracle WebLogic.
5. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, SQL
6. Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience incorporating new technologies into existing enterprise IT systems.
7. Must have a minimum of five (5) years (within the last 10 years) of experience with tools Clear Case, Clear Quest, JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence.
MCP Support Solution Architect
8. Experience implement and maintain cloud database environments (AWS and/or Azure), troubleshoot, and resolve database performance issues.
9. Experience working with public pension systems and/or
experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions and processes like CalPERS within the last five (5) years.Deliverable 1: Analysis and Designz Participate in analysis and design efforts for enhancing various enterprise system(s) and sub-systems(s).
Participates in Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with customer representatives, business analysts, developers, testers, and other technical staff to ensure the customer's needs are being met.
Provide input and signoff into the business requirements document, design artifacts and requirements traceability matrix.Deliverable 2: Solution Architecture, Development and Test support Analyze and triage issues to determine root cause, future level of effort, and viable path forward.
Provide input into design alternatives and provide alternative solutions based on the requirements and design artifacts.
Code and conduct code walkthrough and reviews with developers and other solution architects.
Create and maintain technical artifacts
Collaborate with various IT and program area staff to triage defects and issues.
Test coding solution using approved unit, assembly and/or system test processes and procedures and support User Acceptance Test.
