The Manager, Corporate Finance plays a pivotal role on the Global Mobility Solutions (GMS) Finance and Operations team, overseeing the financial operations of GMS at a corporate level. This includes managing, from a business unit perspective, financial cycles such as three-year, annual, and quarterly plans/forecasts, and providing high-level financial insights through reports and presentations for leadership. The role involves coordinating with various corporate units, especially FP&A, corporate functions as well as with other GMS teams to define and report performance metrics and facilitate strategic decision-making and also acting as the key liaison between the GMS SBU and the ETS Finance Group. The position reports to the Executive Director, GMS Corporate Finance and is responsible for managing or overseeing staff (potentially including US analyst(s) as well as offshore support).

  • Plan/Forecast Cycles Management: Work collaboratively with various teams to oversee strategy, budget, and forecast cycles as well as monthly and ad-hoc requests and financial analysis. This ensures detailed alignment at every stage, fostering clarity and accountability across the organization.
  • Leadership Presentations and Board Packages: Effectively communicate GMS business unit performance at a high level, while understanding and emphasizing key drivers across different products and geographies.
  • Decision-Making Support: Provide high-level financial insights and conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify key issues or business trends. This supports informed decision-making at the business unit level and across various products and geographies required.
  • Collaboration with Corporate Finance Team: Act as the key point of contact for data, information, and work product between the SBU and the Corporate Finance team at ETS.
  • Investment Analysis and Tracking: Provide analytical support to product teams and leadership related to SBU investment requests and ongoing tracking of such requests, as required.
  • Manage and develop finance staff, as needed.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee new initiatives that add to the accomplishment of business goals.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in accounting and or finance in positions of increasing responsibility.
  • Proficiency with managerial reporting is critical.
  • Strong analytical, management and planning skillset
  • Expertise in MS Office
  • Ability to work in fast-paced team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible financial experience
  • Prior experience analyzing financial data for a mid to large size organization and preparing reports for management required.
