Join the A-Team We are seeking an innovative and driven Human Resources coordinator to help champion cultural initiatives and support the growth of our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will serve as a brand ambassador for AmeriLux and help team member reach their fullest potential.

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Lead and manage all recruiting efforts for Distribution and Production roles.
    • Participate in all candidate interviews to ensure alignment with company culture and ensuring a win-win partnership.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:
    • Conduct stay interviews weekly to gather feedback and enhance team member satisfaction while recommending actions to move forward.
    • Coordinate and execute team member spotlight interviews to highlight exceptional team members.
  • Training and Development:
    • Manage AmeriLux University’s LMS, overseeing additional training beyond onboarding.
    • Track and maintain records of skills training, particularly within operations.
  • Internal Communication and Partnerships:
    • Enhance the welcome experience for new team members, fostering a positive onboarding experience.
    • Develop and nurture partnerships with colleges and high schools, with a strong focus on promoting trade careers.
  • Team Member Support Programs:
    • Track individual goals of team members (What Success Looks Like).
    • Administer and support the AmeriLux Family Fund program, aiding team members and community members in need.
  • HR Administration and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of key AmeriLux events such as A-Team week, the annual golf outing, quarterly picnics, and the annual celebration concert.
