Human Resources Coordinator

Join our team The Human Resources Coordinator will support important functions of the Human Resources department to include HRIS administration, benefit administration, and addressing employee questions. Use your positive attitude and desire to help others to succeed in this role

In this role, you will:

  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested to include unemployment requests and medical support notices.
  • Manage benefit plan enrollments and life events.
  • Support leave of absence process by notifying employees of important information.
  • Manage 401K administration to include new hire enrollment, election changes, loan requests, and distribution requests.
  • Administer changes in the HRIS system (UKG) to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage sleep apnea program with third party supplier.
  • Reconciles benefits invoices and errors in payroll file feed.
  • Address employee questions as it relates to many aspects of HR.

What skills do I need to bring?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, including ability to build relationships with others and put others at ease.
  • Strong attention to detail in order to adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage interruptions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.
