The Human Resources Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating key operations within the Human Resources division. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage correspondence related to unemployment claims and medical notifications as required.

  • Administer 401K processes, including new hire enrollments, election modifications, loan applications, and distribution requests.
  • Ensure data accuracy by managing updates in the HRIS system (UKG).

  • Reconcile benefits invoices and address discrepancies in payroll data.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding various HR-related topics.
