Job Summary:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of training activities within Infinity. This role ensures that employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs effectively with respect to job quality, efficiency, and position knowledge. Responsible for developing and maintaining all training tools to be the best in the industry and supports continuous development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:
  • Design and develop all training programs and materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and workshop content.
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and objectives.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop course content.
  • Collaborate with all departments and company locations to ensure all employees have current training documents and tools.
Training Delivery:
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
  • Schedule training sessions and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place, such as venue booking, materials preparation, and equipment setup.
  • Deliver training using various methods including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
Training Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track training attendance, completion, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with external training providers as needed.
Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback surveys, and performance assessments.
  • Compile and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in training programs.
  • Provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes to leadership.
Communication and Coordination:
  • Communicate training schedules, objectives, and updates to employees and managers.
  • Act as a point of contact for training inquiries and support.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and needs.
Continuing Education:
  • Schedule ongoing training opportunities to maintain certifications and skill-based training to ensure employees remain compliant with industry standards, enhance professional standards and best practices for their position.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in training methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to training programs and processes.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, or a related role.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions and present information clearly and effectively.
  • Must be familiar with multiple instructional methods, coaching, and skill development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with training software.
  • Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Working Conditions:
  • Primarily works in an office environment.
  • May require occasional travel to company locations or offsite training venues.
