Compensation: $20-25 hourly (for the perfect candidate) + performance bonus

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly + performance bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools (Sheets, Drive, Docs) proficiently to create, edit, and manage various documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Manage customer relationships using CRM software to ensure efficient and effective communication
  • Utilize social media platforms to support marketing initiatives and engage with the target audience
  • Create visually appealing designs using Canva
  • Demonstrate knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and others
  • Maintain a clean driving record and assist with occasional errands or transportation needs
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and a growth mindset while multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in all work performed
Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools (Sheets, Drive, Docs) is an absolute requirement
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Real estate experience or knowledge is highly desirable
  • Social media savvy with a strong understanding of various platforms and their uses
  • Experience using Canva for design and familiarity
  • Knowledge of AI tools
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Positive attitude, growth mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fun, energetic, and easy to work with
