The Outreach Specialist is responsible for engaging with current clients to keep them informed on service offerings, as well as, coordinating and executing various outreach service campaigns. The Specialist will analyze engagement data to improve outreach efforts and position functions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with current clients to keep them informed on service offerings.
- Coordinate various service campaigns {73 days of intentionality}, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail, focusing on both current and potential clients.
- Coordinate and execute “REACH” campaigns, through various contact lists, resulting in service demonstrations for other Business Development Team members.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze client engagement and campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on outreach activities and their impact on business development.
- Assist with various projects to support business development efforts, including email, call, in-person visits, social media, etc.
- Providing service proposals and addendums as required.
- Coordinate the onboarding of client accounts and addendums.
- Providing information and service quotes to inbound potential clients.
- Keeping up to date on new services and procedures by attending training and sales meetings
- Responsible to understand and follow the Playbook as it pertains to the team member
- Other duties as assigned.
