POSITION SUMMARYThe Recruiter will undertake comprehensive recruiting activities to facilitate efficient hiring and onboarding processes within Libertana Home Health. This role involves close collaboration with Managers and the HR team to ensure that recruitment objectives are consistently achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare.
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while ensuring follow-through.
- Skill in crafting compelling job advertisements.
- Comfortable with both warm and cold outreach.
- Strong internet research and candidate sourcing capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

- Develop a robust candidate pipeline for various roles by actively sourcing candidates through diverse channels including resume databases, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal resources.
- Maintain a candidate pool for future openings (e.g., Caregivers, LVNs, RNs).
- Engage with potential candidates via social media and professional networking platforms.
- Create and post job openings on multiple job boards and the company website using the ATS system.
- Formulate innovative recruiting strategies to attract new candidates.
- Design both short- and long-term recruitment plans that align with organizational goals, fostering relationships with industry contacts for insights and referrals.
- Review resumes and cover letters, conduct initial interviews (via phone, in-person, or video), and coordinate follow-up interviews with department managers.
- Encourage prospective candidates to apply through various platforms.
- Extend conditional job offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand specific role requirements and necessary skills.
- Regularly meet with department managers to stay informed about current vacancies and future staffing needs.
- Participate in community recruitment events, including visits to nursing schools and job fairs.
- Work alongside the VP of HR and HR manager to develop a recruitment budget and outreach initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Frequent standing, sitting, talking, hearing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and using hands and fingers for computer and phone operations.
- Close vision is necessary due to computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required (not exceeding 20 lbs).
