POSITION SUMMARYThe Recruiter plays a crucial role in the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficient hiring and onboarding practices within Libertana Home Health. This position collaborates closely with Managers and the HR team to achieve organizational recruitment objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare.
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant technology.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled in crafting effective job advertisements.
- Comfortable with both warm and cold outreach.
- Strong internet research and candidate sourcing abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service capabilities.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
