What You Will Do:

  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly/monthly basis ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records and prepare related reports.
  • Support the talent acquisition team with job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining candidate records.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and conduct New Hire Orientation sessions.
  • Assist new employees with completing necessary paperwork and understanding company policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources and equipment.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events, including team-building activities, company parties, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event planning and implementation.
  • Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve engagement initiatives.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure all events are executed within allocated resources.
Requirements:

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • A good sense of humor
