Position Overview

The Financial and Human Resources Associate acts as a key resource in financial and human resources matters within the Center for Global Engagement. This position is responsible for developing standardized procedures, training colleagues, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Operations: Ensure compliance with financial policies, monitor budget allocations, and manage financial transactions across multiple accounts.
  • Human Resources Management: Oversee the human resources lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll activities, while serving as a liaison between various departments.
  • Administrative Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Problem Resolution: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address barriers to success within the organization.
