The Front Desk Representative serves as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients at [Company Name]. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing phone calls, handling inquiries, and performing administrative tasks to support the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Phone Calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly. Take messages and provide information as needed.
- Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure visitors are directed to the appropriate locations.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Inquiries Handling: Respond to and resolve inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees, both in-person and via phone or email.
- Maintain Reception Area: Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
