Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks as needed.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and a positive hotel experience.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be expected to:
- Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality's brand standards.
- Ensure regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality's scheduling requirements.
- Comply with all Aimbridge Hospitality policies, standards, and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Be aware of all hotel rates, packages, and special promotions, as well as in-house groups and restricted dates.
- Process room reservations and follow rate quoting scenarios accurately.
- Be familiar with all Aimbridge Hospitality policies and house rules, as well as hospitality terminology.
- Participate in emergency procedures as required and maintain a working knowledge of all property amenities and services.
To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need to possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with college coursework in a related field preferred.
- Experience in a hotel or related field, with a positive and upbeat personality and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- The ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Knowledge of financial information and data, with basic arithmetic functions.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and/or short correspondence and memos.
- Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
