This hospitality management position earns a competitive salary of $40,000 a year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER - RESORT SUPERVISOR

As a Guest Experience Manager - Resort Supervisor, you have the important job of ensuring our guests have a wonderful time while visiting Hilton Head Island. You begin providing exceptional customer service long before each guest arrives, booking reservations and reaching out to clients prior to check-in. Whether you're communicating over the phone or via email, you're friendly and helpful, setting the tone for a great customer experience.

When guests arrive, you supervise the check-in process. As someone who is familiar with Beaufort County, you're a great resource for visitors who are curious about local events, activities, and restaurants. You ensure that guests know they can count on you to investigate and quickly resolve any issues that arise during their stay. You've established a good rapport with our vendors and maintenance team, and they find you pleasant to work with as you create and follow up on work orders.

You're proud to supervise a small team of amazing associates. They look to you for leadership and mentorship, and you set an admirable example of professionalism and integrity. Level-headed and flexible, you easily adapt to whatever challenges or adventures the day may bring. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • 3+ years of customer service experience and/or experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel
  • Able to work full-time in Hilton Head, SC

Experience working with a hotel or vacation rental company would be a big plus Residency in Beaufort County is preferred, but we will consider all qualified candidates. WORK SCHEDULE FOR A GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER - RESORT SUPERVISOR

This hospitality management position typically works from 8 am - 5 pm, with two shift options on Saturdays. Days off generally fall on weekdays; weekend shifts are required.
