Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with Owners and guests from their arrival until departure. Your duties will encompass processing guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as providing insightful information about the resort and its surroundings, ensuring a tailored vacation experience for each guest.
Core Duties Include:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures; report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management; maintain a professional appearance.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests in accordance with company standards; proactively address service needs; assist guests with disabilities; express genuine gratitude to guests.
- Utilize clear and professional communication; answer calls with appropriate etiquette.
- Foster positive working relationships; collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives; listen and respond to employee concerns.
- Comply with quality assurance standards.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Maintain a strong focus on customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
