**Job Description**

We are currently seeking dedicated team members who are passionate about creating memorable vacation experiences for our owners and guests visiting our resort properties.

As a Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office and ensuring the highest standards of service are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supervising the daily operations of the Front Office.
  2. Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes while providing support to the Front Desk staff.
  3. Welcoming owners and guests upon arrival.
  4. Registering guests and verifying reservation details.
  5. Promoting Hilton Grand Vacations services and recognizing member benefits.
  6. Training and guiding new team members.
  7. Ensuring compliance with Front Office quality standards and policies.
  8. Maintaining a house bank and accurately reporting daily receipts.
  9. Supervising the registration and check-out processes.
  10. Assigning tasks related to guest services and maintaining front desk organization.
  11. Documenting guest opportunities and following up on unresolved situations.
  12. Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Regular attendance is essential for the successful performance of this position.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior related experience in guest services.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and mentor team members.

It is advantageous to have:

  • An Associate's Degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Prior management or supervisory experience.
