Job Overview

We are currently looking for dedicated individuals who are enthusiastic about creating unforgettable vacation experiences for our owners and guests visiting our resort properties.

As a Front Desk Supervisor, your role will encompass overseeing the daily functions of the Front Office and contributing to the success of the company by executing the following responsibilities to the highest standards:

  1. Manage the daily operations of the Front Office.
  2. Assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes while providing support to the Front Desk staff with inquiries or guest situations.
  3. Welcome and greet owners and guests upon their arrival.
  4. Register guests in the system, confirming reservations, addresses, and credit details.
  5. Promote Hilton Grand Vacations services and ensure members receive their recognized benefits.
  6. Train and guide new team members within the department.
  7. Ensure compliance with all Front Office quality standards and consistently apply policies and procedures.
  8. Provide ongoing training and support to the team.
  9. Maintain a house bank and accurately report daily receipts.
  10. Supervise the proper registration and check-out sequences for guests.
  11. Delegate specific tasks to team members related to credit, missing information, registration cards, posting charges, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk.
  12. Post miscellaneous charges as required.
  13. Keep a daily log of guest opportunities and corrective actions taken.
  14. Address any unresolved situations promptly and communicate relevant information to other managers or supervisors.
  15. Follow up on credit opportunities during each shift.
  16. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Relevant prior experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Capability to create and understand business communications and reports.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, using sound judgment in various guest and business scenarios.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts, think critically, and mentor others.

It would be advantageous for candidates to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

  • Associate's Degree or higher.
  • Voice Certification.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Prior management or supervisory experience.
