The Standard team is dedicated to delivering exceptional residential sales and customer acquisition solutions to our valued customers. As a market leader in brand management, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our new division focused on business to business sales and engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development within our organization. As an Entry-Level B2B Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our sales team to drive revenue and meet targets through effective campaign planning, execution, and coordination. This role offers a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in residential sales and management
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing strategic marketing plans to target specific customer segments and achieve sales goals.
- Support the development and lead the facilitation of engaging sales presentations to local businesses.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
- Implement sales campaigns aimed at promoting our client's available products and/or services.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to pursue a career in residential sales and management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
