About the Role
As a Contract Setup Specialist in Little Rock, AR, youll be a key player in managing and reviewing contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting project managers. You will:

  • Review incoming contracts for completeness and identify any risks.
  • Utilize contract management systems to track and maintain contract data.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external clients regarding updates and approvals.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve contract processes.

What Our Client is Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project accounting, financial management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in government contracting or project-based industries is a plus.
